Kelly was a costume designer on numerous films and televisions shows. Two of the films she worked on were "Back to the Future Part II' in 1989 and "Back to the Future Part III" in 1990, working in the costume department. For more credits, see Kelly A Lindquist: Professions.
She was the the costumer on the television show "Cold Case" from 2003 - 2005 when she died unexpectedly from toxic shock syndrome in 2005. See What is toxic shock syndrome? to read more about the illness.
The 2005 Cold Case episode "Wishing" (Season 2, episode 15) ended with the following dedication "This episode was dedicated to the memory of Kelly Lindquist (1958-2005). She was responsible for costumes on the set and died unexpectedly at the end of January 2005."
The following is a summary of the episode: "The mental disability Colin has is never explained in "Wishing" beyond just some of the suspect characters referring to him as "r*******", "slow" and "special." It's implied that he was born with brain damage rather than any specific disorder, as his mother mentions that Colin was found to be disabled at birth."
