Golden Hill
Golden Hill was built around the beginning of the 20th century. It was the home of the Parry family until after my grandmother, Hessie Maxwell Parry's death in 1942. My grandfather, David McLean Parry, was a prominent Indianapolis industrialist and Golden Hill was the site of many society functions.

Young Maria Harris
This picture of my aunt, Maria Harris, was taken when she was about 8 years old. She was born in 1884 so the picture was probably taken about 1892. My aunt always had such a sunny disposition that in later years she was known as 'Sweet'. Aunt Sweet was always my favorite.

Fanny Harris and Yerger Hill
This is a photo of my aunt Fanny and her husband to be, Yerger Hill. She was born in 1879 so, judging the costumes, and her age, I imagine it was taken around the turn of the century (1900 or so).

Frank Gigger
A photo of Frank Gigger. Obviously Frank was just sitting there! He didn't look like he was under arrest, and he was NEVER a sheriff - Definitely NOT a Sheriff!

Francis Alfred Gigger (Frank)
Although Frank wore many hats (milkman, custodian, mechanic), he was always the most comfortable as a cowboy. He grew up on a ranch and the old ways die hard.
