Sally Lopez Vidana was my mother and I will describe my Mom as I remember her. She had a great smile and was known to all for her smile and helpfulness, cleanliness, communication, and great food! She always knew how to speak and listen to you and had a deep belief in her God Jehovah. She was loving and you can easily respect her and love her back. She left her husband Tony M. Vidana, Son Tony Jr. Vidana, daughter-in-law Sonia P. Vidana, her first grand daughter Shanie Hannah Vidana, her only daughter Corrina Vidana and second granddaughter Amanda Salley-Belen Vidana. Her sisters Olivia C. Vidana (Sausedo), Betty A. Moore, brother Ernie Lopez. She also left nephew and nieces that loved her dearly. Her parents were Belen Arredondo Lopez (deceased) and father Nicholas Lopez (deceased) She loved camping, cooking, keeping her house clean and in order. Her best time is spending it with family at the meetings of Jehovah's Witnesses and out in field services sharing good news that her God Jehovah has in store for those that have passed away. She longed to see those she knew that have passed away and she believed in that beautiful hope of the resurrection that God has promised for all humankind. Her favorite scripture was Rev. 21:3, 4 "No more pain or suffering, these things have passed away." She knew of pain as she experienced firsthand being a kidney dialysis patient and once a kidney recipient! Her first donor kidney was in the early 70's and lasted for about 10 years. During those years she did many things and living a nice normal life. She used to run a licensed daycare for up wards of 6 kids out of her home during those years until her kidney rejected. Many people would always comment how those kids she cared for always were well mannered and how much they would stay next to her and never ran around when she took them with her to the store or bank. During her short time with us she made sure that her 2 own children Tony and I knew how to cook, clean, and wash clothes. She wanted to make sure we knew how to do for ourselves and not have someone else do those things for us. She even would talk to us about how to speak with others and be considerate of other people and never be unkind, be patient, understanding, loving, and never let people take advantage of you. I would say MAMA you did well with us and I still remember your voice, smile and tears of pain it was difficult to see that way. I miss you still every day and never have forgotten you! So much that we need to tell you that you have missed through these past years! The grandchildren you didn't get to meet, Sally Maria Vidana, Shayane Kelly Vidana, and Nicolas Adam Vidana. As you sleep in death MAMA and you are in Gods memory we all know we will see you again SMILING and laughing with us and so many hugs. Hugs that will last this time forever!!!
