my story begins even before i was born. it seems my dad(Dario) was in the military and stationed in Germany. There he met a man(Burton Wentz) aka known as Sunshine to his friends, who turned out to be my moms brother. They began a friendship that would bring my dad to Pennsylvania where he first met my mom(Grace Wentz). However, before all this happened, he had a relationship with a German woman who gave him a daughter. I am not sure of dates as my grandmother and dad are deceased and this all came to light after an extensive search for dads brother! I believe she(Heidi) was born in Germany in the mid to late 1950's. I was born in 1960 so she is about 3-5 yrs older than me. My cousin has a picture of her when she was about 5-6 yrs old and i am posting it here along with my picture where i was about 3 yrs old. I want to find the woman who I believe to be my long lost sister and let her know she was not forgotten as I used to overhear dad talking with his old friend about "Heidi", never knowing that I knew. Before he died he told me there was something very important to tell me, but he never got to do it. I believe he wanted to tell me about Heidi and the fact she was his child whom he missed greatly, especially since we looked alike. If anyone can help please email me!! I want to know her! My dad was from San Antonio Texas and was the son of Matilde Calderos Valdez Garcia and Dario Ramiro Valdez Sr. Wont someone make my dream of meeting her come true.
