FATALITY AT INVERELL.
Mr. W. H. Starr, of Starr and Mundy,
formerly of the Guyra Hotel, and
lessees of the new hotel at Inverell,
was found drowned in the MacIntyre
River this morning. It is supposed to
be a case of suicide. A coronal inquiry
will be held.

This photo was handed down from Annie Jet Copeland Lackey and was never identified before she passed. She decended from Willie Mae Ogburn d/o Edwin Ogburn and Martha Adaline Langford Starr of Lindale Texas. Willie Mae married Verner Aubry Copeland s/o William Copeland and Sarah Copeland (both decendents of Alexander Copeland and Rebecca Gilmore) I am pretty sure this woman is part Indian and we have Cherokee in our line, but it is uncertain from which branch or line.

This photo was left by my great aunt, Nina "Lois" Berry Starr Hodgkins. She said it was a BOUDINOT, but may be a STARR or LOWERY/LOWRY/LOWREY
Who is this man? It was believed to be William Penn Boudinot, but have found out for sure it is not. My great aunt, Nina "Lois' Berry was adopted by Samuel Saguila " Pony " Starr and his wife Eliza Catherine "Carrie" Horn. I feel sure he is a family member. He could be a STARR, LOWERY, or REESE.

I am in search for a benjamin starr who owned an electronics store and an apaloosa horse breeding ranch in post falls idaho in 1988. As far as I know he also has 2 or 3 daughters one who goes by brittney. If you have any info I would be more then grateful!
