I recently began doing my family tree and from an older relative discovered that there was an interesting history behind my great-grandfather's second wife. This story in various forms had been circulating for years,with nothing to substantiate it.
Sorry to keep you in the dark,because as of yet I have no proof-but am in the process of getting hold of old newspaper articles that will allow me to have the facts.
