He listed his next of kin as Mrs. Thomas Wright, his mother, with whom he was living.
William married Elaine Puscher (1932 - 2010) on May 9th, 1953 in Youngstown Ohio. They had 2 children, a son and daughter.
William was a veteran of the United States Army, having served from 1953 to 1955.
There are no other records of William's life until he passed in 2002.
