He married (1) SOPHRONIA MASON February 10, 1825 in Washington Co., Ohio. His wife died before 1864. He then married (2) LAVINA JANE DEARING 1864. She died Bef. 1880 in Possibly in Spokane Prairie, Kootenai, Idaho.

When he was 27 years old, Frank married 28 year old Marilyn E. Watts on November 11th, 1972 in San Mateo, California. The couple had two daughters; Heather and Jennifer Parke. Frank Parke was raised in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and he moved to Atlanta, New York, Chicago and Tokyo for his successful advertising career.
