1/2 tsp gry mustard 1 cup cooked carrotts(canned)
1/4 cup rubbed sage 1 cup shoestring stringbeans
1 1/2 cups skim milk (canned)
1 pkg. Herb-Ox instant chicken mix 4 ready to bake refrigerated
biscuits
In a pan, cover chicken with water, add celery leaves, and enough dry onions to cover the water. Cook one hour.Cool,bone,and dice.
In a 3 quart saucepan heat margerine until bubbly and hot.Add flour and sage and stir to combine.Add milk(stirring constantly) Continue to stir and cook until smooth. Add broth mix. Reduce heat. Cook until mixture is thick.. Add cheese and melt.Add chicken and vegetables and heat.(approx. 5 mins)Grease casserole. Add chicken mixture.Split refrigerated biscuits in half, and arrange on top of chicken mixture Bake 7-10 mins. Do not put whole biscuits on top , hey are too thick for a crust.Enjoy!
