Everett Pearl Howland
I have an old photograph of Everett HOWLAND that was taken in Columbus, OH sometime in the early 1900's. Everett appears to be in his teens at the time the photograph was taken. Based on limited research I was able to gather the following information regarding Everett and his family:
Everett or Everitt Pearl HOWLAND was b. 7 Apr 1884 in Delaware County, OH to parents John Shepherd HOWLAND (1852-1921) and Letta “Lettie” Catharine ORGAN (1856-1927) who were married 17 Jan 1877 in Union County, OH. He had one sibling, a sister Hester Mae or May HOWLAND (1882-1927). Everett married Pearl Rosa MOSSBARGER or MOSBARGER (1886-1959) on 30 May 1906 in Franklin County, OH and they had three daughters including Martha May HOWLAND (1907-2002); Baby Girl (1911-1911); and Dorriss or Doris Lenore HOWLAND SMOKE (1913-1993).
His first marriage ended in divorce and Everett married a second time on 25 Dec 1929 in Clark County, OH to Bertha Jane DUNHAM MCDONALD BEARD (1881-1957). Everett died 8 Aug 1932 in Springfield, OH and is buried in the Greenlawn Cemetery in South Charleston, OH.
