Does anyone have any information on Elmer Harter who lived in Hazel Crest Illinois in the 1920s and married Marion Taprell, also of Hazel Crest? They subsequently had children, however there is a long story about Marion Taprell associated with all of this. Both Marion and Elmer are long deceased as are all but one or two of their children who are now elderly. If these names are familar, please contact [contact link]
