I've recovered an old photograph of Clara GEPHART of Hope, IN which was taken at the Pickard's Studio in Shelbyville, IN on 30 Jul 1906 when she was just 16 years old. Based on limited research I was able to locate the following information regarding Clara and her family:
Clara L. GEPHART was b. 22 Feb 1890 in Hope, IN to parents Corwin or Charles or Corvin or Corbis Silvester or Sylvester GEPHART (1847-1938) and Anna E. SHEPHERD (1860-1941) who were married 23 Nov 1885 in Newbern, IN. Clara is one of 6 children born to this couple including Eva Pearl; Guy; Clara L.; Ruth Gladus; John Alexander; and Katie Frances GEPHART, all born between 1884 and 1899. Clara married Edward or Edwin John RUSSELL (b. 1881) on 16 Jun 1908 in Bartholomew Co., IN and they had 3 children including Lester Calvin; Eva Margaret; and Norman Edward RUSSELL, all born between 1909 and 1921. Clara died 15 Apr 1937 in Anderson, IN.
