He was born 03-04-1886 in Omio, Kansas, and died 06-03-1973. His parents were Alfred C. Ferry and Clara Bell (Snyder) Ferry. Elbert appears to have been born on the journey from Muscatine, Iowa to Gove County, Kansas, where Alfred & Bell homesteaded. Goldie & Elbert had two sons, Ervin and Chester.
