"Grandpa Charlie" was my great-grandfather and he was not able to hold a conversation by the time I came along. He lived with his daughter, my great-aunt Rosie and her husband, in Gum Springs. I do remember that he used to try to get back to his original home which meant crossing a river. He was usually locked in his room, but on one final occasion, he got out of the house and headed for "home" while no one was aware. No one knew where he was and it led to his death. He was caught out in wet weather without any rainwear and was soaked by the time he was found hours later. He subsequently contracted pneumonia and died from it.

hello yu guys,,,i just wanted to drop a line to say that i am a kenward , and that im wonderinf if we are related...im sure we are lol...well...my grandfather was Jack seldon Kenward, and his dad was sid kenward...we live in pine bluff arkansas.and my grandfather has passed away...my grandfather jack came here to arkansas from michigan....and retired from the railroad here...i have family in michigan still and was just wondering if yall are from there as well? if its ok i would like to recieve a email from you...my address is ...turkeyturkodannyk@yahoo.com if its no problem i would love to hear from you!!ty sincerely...danny kenward.

On December 9th they had twins named Arnulfo and Alfredo. Alfredo Daniel Acosta was my father..The twins were born in Bastrop County,Texas. The acosta lived in Austin and maybe in San Antonio also. My grandparents later moved to the Rio Grande Valley in Raymondville,Texas.
