This is all the information that I have right now on my Great Grandma's side of the family. I have quite a lot on Great Grandpa's side. I would love to know if there is any more informaton about my family if anybody would like to contact me please write to me at [contact link].
I can remember her from early childhood till her death. She always remembered my food allergies and would make special food for me at holiday get togethers and she loved strawberries, it was her favorite food of all time, so much that she had a rather productive strawberry patch in her back yard. I really miss those days a lot but the memories will last forever.
She would talk all the time about riding in a covered wagon, and about going with the family to Arkansas and not liking it. Grandma would say that Arkansas was nothing but swamp land and she would never go back there when she grew up, and she never did. She was one of those Great women of a lifetime of giving and never complaining, except about having to go to Arkansas,ha ha. Would love to know where her compassion for life came from. Please help me if you can.
Thank You Nancy McIntire
