Randola Cagle
Randola Cagle was born on November 26, 1930, and passed away on April 2nd, 2007. She was a devoted wife to George Cagle until his death in 1990 and a loving mother of eight children. Randola worked hard as a maid and was a pillar of the community. Her positive outlook on life and her infectious smile made her a beloved member of the neighborhood.
One of Randola's greatest accomplishments was becoming an evangelist and a member of Elder Ross Church. She shared her faith with others and counseled many people, always offering uplifting words of encouragement. Randola loved to dress up for church and wear her beautiful hats, which added to her charm and elegance.
Despite the challenges she faced in her life, Randola enjoyed every moment of it. Her resilience and determination were evident in her ability to find joy in everything. Her unwavering faith in God was her guiding light, and she was an inspiration to all who knew her.
Randola Cagle's legacy lives on, and she is deeply missed by her family and friends. She was laid to rest in Evergreen Cemetery, but her memory will continue to inspire and uplift those who knew her.

IN AROUND 1925 BEFORE MY GRANDMOTHER MARRIED MY GRANDFATHER, ABBIE BELL CAGLE FROM AROUND PADUCAH, TEXAS HAD FALLEN IN LOVE WITH A YOUNG MAN (NAME UNKNOWN). ONE DAY, THIS YOUNG MAN, HAD GONE TO THE BARN TO BEGIN WORK ON HIS FARM. HE DISAPPEARED. NO ONE EVER SAW HIM AFTER THAT, AND MY GRANDMOTHER ABBIE WAS HEARTBROKEN. SHE LATER MARRIED MY GRANDFATHER. HERMAN SCHELLER, AND ABOUT A YEAR LATER, MY MOTHER, LILLIAN MARIE WAS BORN. A FEW YEARS LATER MY AUNT, MILDRED SCHELLER WAS BORN. ABBIE BELL CAGLE SCHELLER DIED WHEN MY MOTHER WAS 4 YEARS OLD.
