“ Also I desire after my wife Francis Burrus death or widowhood that the Negro boy Gilbert now in possession of my son Thomas Burrus my son Thomas Burrus may be returned to the balance of my estate and that heirs be sure of the choices of my Slaves then remaining to Equally divided between my three sons ,Thomas Burrus, William Tandy Burrus, and Roger Burrus to them and their heirs and if either of my sons should die under age or before they possess their part of my estate that their Portion shall then be divided Between my then surviving – I also desire that that the balance of any Land at Kentucky Which is five hundred Acres be equally divided Between my three Daughters Fanny Embry, Mildred Embry, Sally Tribble, Jane Qusienberry and Frances L. Burrus to them And their heirs forever .I also give to my daughter Morning Burrus the land whereon I now live at the death of my wife France Burrus, to her and her heirs forever Also my will and desire is after the death or widowhood of my wife Frances Burrus that the balance of my Negroes then remaining with Stock and household furniture of all kinds then remaining may be equally divided amongst my two grand Daughters And grandson Elijah Perry , Dicey Perry, Harry ---{Perry? on the order of these said Executors who made Oath According to Law certificate is granted them for Obtaining probate thereof in due form whereupon they with Joseph ---{Dingas?}and William Tandy Burrus their securities entered into and acknowledged the Bond for the same in the sum of Three Thousand pounds Cur t money .
