1 8 oz tub thawed cool whip (reg or fat free)

1 small box instant butterscotch pudding (straight from the box)
Dump all ingredients in bowl. Mix well refridgerate.

(1) cup water,
1/2 cup oil,
(4) eggs room temp
Mix above ingredients and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. after cake cools poke holes all over the cake the more holes the better. Icing: 1/3 cup lemon juice, 2 cups sifted powedered sugar, 1 TBS melted butter, mix together. If icing is to thick add a little water. pour icing on cake, it should mostly seep into the holes of the cake. cut and serve.
