Vicky Lynn Lyons Obituary

Vicky Lynn Lyons was born to parents William "Bill" Harry Lyons (1952 - 2014) and Crystal E. (Bailey) Lyons. In 1980, as a 4 year-old child, Vicky was the victim of a hit & run accident. The accident left her with neurological impairments, although she went on to become a professional women's wrestling "Diva" and a student at the Arts Institute of Charlotte studying Mass Media. Vicky's tragic story was portrayed on HLN's Forensic Files Season 6-Episode 29: "Treading Not So lightly". Her mother, Crystal Bailey Lyons, was described as "the heart & soul" of the investigation and later went back to school to study forensics. Vicky's father, William Lyons, died three years after Vicky in 2014, at the age of 61. He and Vicky's mother, Crystal, were divorced at the time.
