Norman Leroy Holmes of Reno, Washoe County, Nevada was born on November 27, 1933 in Anacortes, Skagit County, Washington United States to Blanche Isabel Rose McLachlan and Maurice Hanford Holmes. He had siblings Maurice William Holmes, Howard Hanford Holmes, and Blanche Shirley Romas. He married Darlene Dail Wright on December 27, 1954 in Anacortes, Skagit County and they later divorced in 1980. He had children Darla Kaye Holmes, Norman Maurice Holmes, Teena Marie Conrad, Linda Ann Holmes, and Norma Lee Holmes. Norman Holmes died at age 74 years old on July 25, 2008 in Reno, Washoe County, Nevada.
