Margaret Irene (Greaney) McDonald of Kennebunk, York County, ME was born on June 27, 1923 in Portland, Cumberland County to Joseph Michael Greaney and Alice M (Fitsimmons) Greaney. She had a sister Alyce May (Greaney) Joy. She married Joseph Francis "Joe" Mcdonald in 1949 in Portland, Cumberland County, and they were married until Joseph's death on February 4, 1994. Margaret McDonald died at age 77 years old on September 29, 2000.

He had siblings John Francis Mcdonald, Margaret M "Peggy" (McDonald), Virginia Ann (McDonald) Kandola, James Richard "Jim" McDonald, and Francis Michael "Frank" McDonald. He married Margaret Irene (Greaney) McDonald in 1949 in Portland, Cumberland County, and they were married until Joseph's death on February 4, 1994. Joseph Mcdonald was buried in 1994 at Calvary Cemetery 1461 Broadway, in South Portland.
