It's pumpkin season and how better to celebrate than with cute little Dale Forsyth from Minnesota playing a harmonica next to a 59 pound(!!) pumpkin.
Community member Pam picked up this photo in an antique store, and on the back of this 'Lost & Found' photo was written: "Our cousin Dale Forsyth from Minnesota...59 pound pumpkin..good old summertime. Property of Mrs. O.L. Wilson."
Without any dates it's hard to identify who this Dale Forsyth might be. I found a few people named Dale Forsyth in Minnesota, but the birth dates range from 1906-1913.
We all hope this treasure finds its way home to family, and in the interim, are grateful that we have this adorable & festive photo to share on Dale Forsyth, Minnesota.

My life-time love of geneology and old photos led to the concept of Ancientfaces back in 1999....through the site I have made contact with previously unknown cousins in Australia, Tasmania, England, Scotland and various states in the US, broadening and enriching my family stories, photos and family relationships.
