There are so many aspects to this photo that are of the time: the dogs in the bar, the prices, hot beer?, the sign that says "If your wife can't cook, eat here and keep her for a pet"??? Oh my!

the guy that is angry and the guy in the glasses remind me of The Grapes of Wrath. The guy with the glasses most likely has low vision, the dog on the stool and puppy on his lap echo "gee George can I pet the rabbit?", I am going to go out on a limb and say this is a MILLER ad
