    I think he was in the ROTC at Seton Hall University in about 1953 or 1954. I found a picture of him on my Pershing Rifles web site. As he is listed as a PFC in the Army he did not complete school and get an officer's commission. Tom Garcia Company K, Pershing Rifles.
