Vile Didway of Spiro, Le Flore County, Oklahoma was born on December 1, 1893 to William W Didway and Magnolia Louisa (Murdock). He had siblings Henri Claude Didway and Mont Isaac Didway. Vile Didway died at age 86 years old in August 1980, and was buried at Nubbin Ridge Cemetery in Bokoshe.
