Thelna Lavern (Holmes) Cemer of Salem, Oregon USA was born on March 14, 1897 in LaRue, Ohio United States to Newman J. Holmes and Kittie (Bartow) Holmes. She had siblings Willa Holmes McMillan, Francis Holmes Lazarus, and Heston Holmes. She married Cloyd George Cemer, and had children Cloyd Glendon Cemer and Thelna Diann (Cemer) Fowler. Thelna Cemer died at age 87 years old on December 12, 1984 at Oregon, USA in Salem, OR, and was buried at Auburn Cemetary in Auburn, Placer County, CA.
