Sydney Evelyn (Calaby) Mathers of VIC Australia was born in 1890 in Homebush, Pyrenees Shire County to Louisa Caroline Passow and Charles Thomas Calaby. She had siblings Eva Louisa (Calaby) Jupp, Elsie Pearl Calaby, Stanley Theodore Calaby, Henry Frederick Calaby, and Bertram Charles Calaby. Sydney Mathers married Thomas Mathers in 1915, and died at age 78 years old on October 9, 1969.
