(6/25/1863 Wilton, Lennox County, Ontario, Canada – 12/18/1939 Denver, CO) born to Sidney Warner (1807-1886) & Minerva Jane Clark (1834-1915). m. 9/14/1887 to Mary Ella Smith (11/11/1863 Walesville, Oneida Co., NY– 4/1935 Denver, CO ). Grand Commander of Knights Templars, Freemasonry, 33rd degree Mason, County Crown Attorney in Canada, naturalized in 1903 & moved to Denver for Mary's health where he practiced law & was a judge, retiring in 1929. Studied Greek literature and collected antiquities. Issue; Ethel Frank, Sidney Smith & Ann Spence.
