Stacey Ann (Cox) Livolsi of Rt3 box 440b, in Rutledge, Tn County, Tennessee Usa was born on July 7, 1963 in Knoxville, Knox County to Nancy Carden (Cox) Bowling and Dean Carl Cox. Stacey was baptized at Knoxville Baptist Tabernacle 2439 E Magnolia Ave, in Knoxville. She was in a relationship with Mark Anthony Livolsi, and had a child Marsha Ann (Livolsi) Higgins.
