The Best Father, Husband and Brother anyone can ask for. It was unreal to see how anyone and everyone who had the honor to have known Siavosh "Abbas" Shakeri felt about him. Every single person had the same stories. Selfless, Loving , never judgmental and most of all His big bright smile and personality, It didn't matter who you were or what he was going through, he would be a bundle of laughter and joy. He always made everyone feel comfy and warm. You knew you were in the presence of a pure soul full of positive light and energy. He worked very hard in his life. He did it all for his wife and kids. If I told you how hard he worked and how long he worked and what he had to go through I would still be understating his journey. He was a "Trail Blazer" as one friend would put it. Something I thought was not like him very humble and quiet in his endeavors, but when you look back he selflessly put his own well being on the line for the better sake of his family. After growing into a full adult male myself I learned that a mans duties and desires are are aligned with what Abbas dedicated his entire life to... Family. He took it upon himself when all roads looked closed and all hope for a better future for him and his family were grim, He put his faith into Gods hands and did his part. At the end of his road he was faced with terminal cancer. The Doctors gave him a few months to live. From one day being ok and healthy to the next day being diagnosed as terminal. It all happened too fast . He was a fighter and my Hero. He smiled everyday and tried to be very positive. His strength is the subject if my admiration. Oh how strong he was. when his time came he was scared but faced it. As he always told me " Face your fears son, the sooner you face them the sooner you can conquer them and move forward to the next chapter of your life"
