    Shirley Fay Bruseth of Bothell died peacefully February 21, 2014 after a brief illness. Shirley was born May 22,1927 in Aurora County, SD, the eldest of five children born to William Leslie (Les) and Bessie (Jones) Burns. She is survived by her two sons and one daughter; her granddaughter; sister Donna Messer of Stickney, SD and sister-in-law Lonnie Burns of Mitchell, SD. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert, her parents, her step father John Calhoun, her sister, Dorothy Jacobs, her brothers, Cliff Bruns and Marvin Burns, and two step-sisters, Edith Mendelssohn and Bette Briese.
