Sherman Elmer Pines was born on February 6, 1948 in New Jersey United States to Filbrick Elmer Pines and Caryn Ruth Pines, and had siblings Stanford Filbrick Pines and Stanley Filbrick Pines. He married Vera Lynn Pines on May 13, 1970 in Trenton, Mercer County and they later divorced on August 12, 1985 in Piedmont, Alameda County, California. He had a child Daniel Sherman Pines. Sherman Pines died at age 70 years old on January 22, 2019 in Fresno, Fresno County.
