Sheila Barbera has siblings Maurice Brian Holden, John Holden, Albert Holden, Stella M (Holden) Jessop, and Margaret Holden. She married Joseph E Singer in 1947 and they later divorced in 1958. They had children Susan Singer and Jacqueline Singer. She would also marry Joseph Roland Barbera on September 25, 1964, and they were married until Joseph's death on December 18, 2006.

    Sheila Constance (Holden) Singer Barbera was born to Herbert W Holden (1891 - 1956) and Catherine Browne (1893 - 1980). She had siblings Maurice, John, Albert , Stella, and Margaret. She first married Joseph E. Singer in 1947. They divorced in 1958 after having children Susan and Jacqueline Singer. She then married Joseph Roland Barbera (1911 - 2006) on September 25, 1964 in Encino, California. They were married until "Joe"Barbera died. He was a successful animator, director, and producer of American cartoons, best known as the "Barbera" of the Hanna-Barbera Studio. Hanna- Barbera created such classics as "Huckleberry Hound", the "Flintstones", the "Jetsons", the "Smurfs" and many many more.
