Seena Norma (Schwartz) Papert was born on January 6, 1931 in New York City, New York County, New York United States. She was married to Herbert Jesse Papert in 1957 in New York City, New York County, and they were together until Herbert's death on January 2, 1992 in Brooklyn, Kings County. She had children Harlan Jay Papert, Marilyn Barbara Papert, Anna Elizabeth Papert, and Ellen Shari Papert.
