Sarah Jane (Height) Voight of Cheltenham, VIC Australia was born circa 1875 in Newstead, Mount Alexander Shire County to William Thomas Height and Susan McGowan Voigt. She had siblings Anna Jane Height, Harriet Maria (Height) Doig, Robert William Height, Rachel Ada Height, Anne Elizabeth Height, Edith Height, Susan Edith Height, John Height, Mary Height, Henry Alfred Height, and Caroline Elizabeth (Height) Blackney. She married Samuel John Voight in 1893, and had children Edith Esther Voight, Amy Gladys Vera Voight, and Olive Maud Voight. Sarah Voight died at age 81 years old on November 21, 1957 in Cheltenham.

She died August 4th, 1997 of natural causes - the world's oldest documented person to have ever lived - at the age of 122 years and 164 days.
