Samuel Shugg 1863 - 1944

Samuel Shugg of Richmond, City of Yarra County, VIC Australia was born in 1863 in Maryborough, Central Goldfields Shire County to John Shugg and Barbara Ann (Hunt) Shugg. He had siblings John Ivey Shugg, Florence Nancy Anne Shugg, James Shugg, Mary Ann Shugg, and William John Shugg. He married Sarah Jane (Cowden) Shugg in 1888, and had children Herbert Vivian Shugg, Olive May (Shugg) Belcher, Alexander Greer Shugg, John Samuel Shugg, Myrtle Shugg, Barbara Ann Shugg, Louisa Jane Shugg, Minnie Eliza Shugg, Doris Rose Shugg, Albert Roy James Shugg, George Thomas Shugg, Walter Roberts Shugg, Bessie Gladys Shugg, and Edna Jean Shugg. Samuel Shugg died at age 81 years old in 1944 in Richmond, City of Yarra County.
