Sabra (Harmon) Townsend was born in 1876. She was in a relationship with John James Cloughley beginning November 8, 1894, and they were together until John's death on April 8, 1919. She had children Harmon Rudolph Cloughley, Florence Dawson (Cloughley) Paulsen, Boone Dawson Cloughley, John James “J J” Cloughley, and Peggy Sabra Grace (Cloughley) Bingham. Sabra Townsend died at age 73 years old on July 11, 1950.

National Bank. John died at Mineral Wells Texas and was buried at Ringling Oklahoma. He was married to Sabra Harmon Nov. 8, 1894 Indian Territory Cherokee Nation, Oklahoma. I would say that would have been what is known today as Vinita Oklahoma. Sabra was born in Caverna Arkansas and was the daughter of ( John Harmon born in Greene County Tn. and buried at Mayfield Cemetery in Mo. near Pineville) and her mother Sarah (Maiden name Gordon) who was born in Benton county Arkansas and is buried at Vinita Oklahoma). Sabra married Halstead Townsend of El Reno Oklahoma July 1, 1928 in Custer County, Oklahoma. The parents of John Cloughley were John and Margaret Cloughley of Parsons Kansas. John born in Ireland and Margaret born in England. Both of the parents of John Cloughley are buried in Oakwood cemetery at Parsons Kansas. John and Sabra had the children, Harmon, Florence, Boone, and John Jr.. John Cloughley her husband was born in Parsons Kansas. He worked for the Railroad before being a banker.
