She had siblings Herbert George Lavender, Jack Joseph Lavender, Alfred Bert Lavender, James Lavender, Leonard Lavender, William Edward Lavender, Elijah Lavender, and Harold Lavender. Ruby Rose married William George Rose in 1922, and died at age 75 years old on August 22, 1971 in Macleod, VIC.
