Roy Ronald Thayer of Wichita, Sedgwick County, KS was born on January 17, 1929 in Missouri United States to Mabel Florence Thayer-Widiger (Née Medley) and John A. "Johnny" Thayer. He had siblings Roxy Gertrude Coble-Burdette-Fudge (Née Thayer), Helen Florence Biellier (Née Thayer), Roscoe Crockett Thayer, and Roxanne M. Marlin-Brown-Frey (Née Thayer). He married ♀ Thayer (Née Chastain), and had a child ♀ Pearce (Née Thayer). Roy Thayer died at age 80 years old on March 29, 2009 in Wichita, KS, and was buried at Kansas Veterans Cemetery At Winfield Section 08 Row 16 Site 0158 1208 North College Streeet - P. O. Box 626, in Winfield.
