This man, Roy Duncalf, Married to Maxine lived in West Fargo, ND. While living there he was SCOUT MASTER for Troop 213. He left that position because in church confession at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, I confessed to Father Lux that he repeatedly SEXUALLY MOLESTED ME. Father Lux told Dr. Kulland, who then became Asst. Scout leader and had him removed. Roy’s daughter DAWN should know. I’m glad he is dead hoping he will burn in HELL.
