    Roland Segalini, 70 Insurance company attorney Roland Segalini, a Waltham attorney, died yesterday in the Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington of kidney failure. He was 70. Mr. Segalini worked for Kemper Insurance Co. in Boston and Guincy for 36 years. In 1983, he retired as managing senior at-torney, but remained active in the Massachusets Bar Association. A major in the Army during World War II. he received two bronze battle stars for service in the African and European campaigns. He was discharged in 1946, but stayed a member of the reserves. Born in North Jay, Maine, Mr. Segalini moved to Italy as a boy, then returned to Boston in 1928. Following graduation from Boston English High School, he graduated from Northeastern University Law School and passed the Massachusetts bar in 1947. He leaves three sons. Roland Jr. of Lexington; Mark of Sudbury and David of Waltham; two broth-ers, Frank of Burlington and Bruno of Melrose; and five grandchil-dren. A funeral Mass will be said at 9 a.m. Saturday in St. Jude's Church, Waltham. Burial will be in St. Michael's Cemetery in Jamaica Plain.
