Robert Travers Palmer of Wurtsboro, Sullivan County, New York United States was born circa October 31, 1944 in Middletown, Orange County to Rose Palmer and Elmer Palmer Sr.. He had siblings Patricia (Palmer) Talmadge, Nancy Palmer, Larry Palmer, Ronald Palmer, Beatrice Palmer, Donald Palmer, Helen Bloom, Sue Palmer, and Elmer Palmer Jr.. He married Deborah Mann Palmer, and had children Andrew Palmer, Michael Palmer, Veronica Palmer, Arthur Palmer, and Gregory Palmer. Robert Palmer died at age 54 years old circa August 17, 1999 in Middletown, and was buried circa August 20, 1999 in Middletown.
