  • Introduction

    Rico's father was Michael Wayne Stewart, 1953-1992, and his mother was Heneritta Minor Stewart. Both his father, Michael, and his brother died of self-inflicted gunshot wounds in 1992. His mother said that he "was a very disturbed person" after the suicides. On Aug 8 2000 - 2 days after Rico was shot and killed - Robert L Johnson, age 29, turned himself in for the shooting of Rico and plead not guilty. In October, after 1 witness disappeared and another changed her story, Johnson's murder charge was dismissed and he walked out of jail. We can't find out what happened after that! If you know if Robert L. Johnson was ever charged and/or convicted, would you please share that information? Also, if you have a memory in regards to Rico, would you please share it?
