    Mrs. Reesie (Horace) Jackson was the daughter of Phillip Sr. and Mary Horace from Ft. Mitchell Alabama. Both of her parents were born in Alabama. She had 3 sisters, Annie, Adell, and Alice and 2 brothers, Jerry B. and Phillip Horace. Reesie Horace married John W. Jackson, Jr (1930 - 2007) and she was survived by their three sons: Richard, George and Micall Jackson, and two daughters: Virginia and Jonnie. There were two 2003 episodes of the tv show Girlfriends "The Fast Track & the Furious" and "The Pact" where actress Kimberly Elise Trammel played a character named "Reesie H Jackson". Reesie (Horace Jackson did on Sunday, December 14th, 2008 in Phenix City, Alabama at the age of 68. She is buried in Holy Trinity Cemetery is Cottonton, Alabama.     Ressie H. Jackson September 8, 1940 - December 14, 2008 PHENIX CITY, AL — Reesie H. Jackson, 68, of 2310 Nail Court, Phenix City, Alabama, died Sunday, December 14, 2008. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 20, 2008 at Bethlehem Cross Road Baptist Church in Ft. Mitchell, AL. Burial will follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Cottonton, AL, according to Sumbry Mortuary, Phenix City. Visitation is today from 1:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Jackson was born September 8, 1940 in Russell County, AL, the daughter of Mary Horace of Ft. Mitchell, AL and the late Phillip Horace. Survivors include her mother, Mary Horace of Ft. Mitchell, AL; three sons, Richard (Kathy) Jackson, George Jackson and Micall (Jacquetta) Jack; two daughters, Virginia Jackson and Jonnie Nelson; three sisters, Annie (Roosevelt) Thomas, Adell Knight and Alice Horace; two brothers, Jerry B.
