Priscilla Mustain was born in 1767 at Pittsylvania County, Virginia to Jesse Mustain and Jenny Mustain, and had siblings Thomas Mustain, James Mustain, Jesse Mustain, John Mustain, Tabitha Mustain, and Winifred Mustain. She married William Shelton, and had children Mary Shelton, Coleman Shelton, William Shelton, George Shelton, John Shelton, James Shelton, Albert Shelton, and Marshall Shelton. Priscilla Mustain died at age 83 years old in 1850 at Slayden, Dickson County, Tennessee.
