Doescher and Barry M. Poche. Son of the late Louise Kroper and William Doescher. Brother of Helen D. Palmer, the late William C., Clarence, Herbert, Louis, Charles, John and Walter Doescher, Agnes D. Marcotte and Mabel D. Gardner. Beloved grandfather of Shannon D. Thornhill, Allison D. Mayers, Kristen D. Whaley, Philip A. Doescher III, Chad M. Poche and Kimberly A. Poche. Beloved great-grandfather of John C. Thornhill; Evan O., Ian K. and Catherine L. Poche and Jacob P. Mayers. Aged 81years. A native of Harahan, LA and a resident of River Ridge, LA for the past 38 years. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral. Services from the Kenner Funeral Home of L. A. Muhleisen and Son, 2607 Williams Blvd. on Thursday, September 22, 2004 at 11:00 o'clock a.m. Interment in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Friends may visit from 9:00 a.m. until time of service. Published by The Times-Picayune on Sep. 23, 2004.
