She had siblings Charles Sydney Mathie Marsh, Jessie Alma Marsh, Mavis Edna Marsh, Daisy May (Marsh) Mccann, Muriel Olive Marsh, Isabella Lock Marsh, and Bertha Elsie Marsh. Pearly Woodham married Sidney George Woodham in 1920, and died at age 64 years old on April 26, 1963 in Melbourne.

He bought a Winton, which he had seen in an advertisement in Scientific American. The Winton, built in Ohio, was made by hand and came with a leather roof, padded seats, gas lamps, and tires made by B.F. Goodrich.
