Paul Francis Watkins 1949 - 2011

Paul Francis Watkins of Owatonna, Steele County, MN was born on October 20, 1949 to Wanda Watkins and Bill Watkins. He had a brother Barry Watkins. He was in a relationship with Becky Watkins, and had children Jason James Watkins and Angela Ann Watkins. Paul Watkins died at age 61 years old on March 18, 2011, and was buried at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery Section 30 Site 1700 7601 34th Avenue, South, in Minneapolis.
