    A man named Patrick Cascanet was found guilty of sexually abusing a 7-year-old boy from Watertown, New York. This happened while he was out on bail after being accused of molesting four other boys in a different part of the state. As a former investigator for the Schoharie County Department of Social Services, Cascanet was sentenced to three years in prison. After being accused of molesting boys in Schoharie County near Albany, Cascanet lived in the North Country for several months. He served a seven-year prison sentence in connection with the previous charges. Man in prison, sentenced again for sex abuse
WATERTOWN - A man pleaded guilty Friday to sexually abusing a 7-year-old Watertown boy while he was free on bail after being accused of molesting four boys in another part of the state. Patrick Cascanet, 54, a former Schoharie County Department Of Social Services investigator, was sentenced Friday to three years in prison.

Cascanet lived several months in the North Country after being accuse of molesting boys in Schoharie County, near Albany. He's now serving a seven-year prison sentence in connection with those charges. Cascanet will serve the new three=year sentence after his current one ends.
