Mildred Borgia married Herbert Joseph Willis, born 1917, on September 1st, 1940 in New York, New York. They had children Thomas J., John T., and Barbara L. Willis.     MILDRED BORGIA WILLIS, 79, of Ridgewood died Monday. Before retiring in 1984, she was a cafeteria cashier at Ben Franklin Middle School, Ridgewood. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Church and a volunteer at The Valley Hospital, both in Ridgewood. Arrangements: Feeney Funeral Home, Ridgewood.
